Stupid bolt question!

Looking at my Rem 700 bolt knob, wanting to put a larger knob on it such as a badger bolt knob how is this done... gunsmith I presume will need to machine it?

Who is best to do this type of work, cost and turn around time?

Check out GA Precision. They have a new CNC machine, and they are offering same day turnaround on bolts.
