    Double action .44-40 revolvers (who made any?)

    Just curious. I saw the old 1893 and model 1's and 3's IIRC.

    Was there anything else? I'm a bit surprised there were no later da .44-40 S&W's or da Ruger's made in the caliber.

    Smith & Wesson hand ejectors 2nd model were made in .38-40 and .44-40 but they were made in very low numbers.
