Sionics - Kudos

As I told Hank when I called in, I was the dumbest customer Sionics had today.

I ordered a gutless lower about 2 hours ago and like a moron had it shipped to me instead of an FFL.

I called, apparently before they opened - they are two hours behind us - and then sent an email.

I called back just now and Hank told me had had already contacted my FFL, got the copy he needed, and was working on my order.

I'm used to jumping through the hoops sending the stuff, didn't expect them to call. Very pleased.

ETA: Just received notification from UPS on my delivery date - wow!

That's actually pretty great customer service. A lot of places would just cancel the order and have you redo it.
