No. They have not. While he may have a pre-production model, as of SHOT the ACRO P-1 has not yet gone into full production.

Even the Aimpoint rep at SHOT said Canada got it first.

Have the Canadians had any issues with them? Or is it GTG?

Only "issue" is unless you have a Glock, the special ACRO-specific optic plates are hard to find for other pistol and manufacturers are working on making a plate for it for their pistols (Walther, FN, etc).

That's interesting as I have not heard that and I work for Aimpoint as a Pro Staff member. Not only had the optic not gone into full production as of SHOT there were some small changes also being made from the pre-production models that we were showing there. Again, there may be a number of pre-production pieces floating around in Canada as they work directly with Aimpoint Sweden vs. Aimpoint USA.

Aimpoint is currently planning on introducing 18 different plates for the available optic ready pistols when the P-1 is released. We had plates for FN, CZ, and others at SHOT.
