    I read is was the SLA who had the AR18s, not the police.

    Looked it up on Google. Says SLA had full auto M1 Carbines (converted to FA). I know I read a ways back they had AR18s but cannot find it.

    In the end I admit- I know nothing!

    One day, hopefully, when Brownells is done producing high quality replicas of all the classic US Small Arms, they might turn there attention to classic European and other countries small arms designs in Semi auto. Cant wait...!
