How many rounds does it take until a No-Go gauge closes on an AR 223/556 platform?

I was super paranoid on my first AR build and got a Go and No Go Gauge. I swapped upper receivers recently and re-checked and compared with a second upper I built.
One build took very slightly more friction to close on the Go and the other was GTG. Neither closed on the No Go.

But - really when using known good manufacturers and new parts is it really going to be an issue with head space?

I remember seeing the AK Operators Union videos that show some AK's close on the no-go around 3 to 5,000 rounds (5.56 and 7.62 variants)
but those bolts and trunnions are not as linear in movement and AK materials and tolerances are known to be meh to sketchy at times

Please post your personal experiences and is the barrel shot out long before that?
What did you replace to fix the headspace besides the barrel and bolt?
