Help identifying FSB

Given this, was told it was a Colt take off, but looking at it I’m not so sure. No Colt “c”, it is F marked but the only only marking Is <B>

Anyone got any ideas? I couldn’t find a answer online.

Colt doesn't mark FSB's and neither does anyone else that I am aware of. I have seen that same mark on plenty of Colt and other FSB's. The reality is it doesn't matter if it's a Colt or not. In the event you have some plan to re-use it, make sure whomever tries to do it knows what they are doing or you will screw the barrel up.
