    KT Tape or RockTape would help with that mount bridging the upper.

    I’ve been using a DIY sling that I crafted out of KT Tape and some spare QD mounts.

    Pretty good.

    The side benefit is that where the KT Tape crosses over on my shoulder and my back there is a decrease in the accumulation of lymphatic fluids by decompressing the layers of fascia, in addition to supporting the weapon.
