Up for sale is the Colt Combat Unit Carbine (Colt 6960). This is Colt's first mid-length gas system rifle and it runs like a fat kid after an ice cream truck. It functions 100% reliably with everything I've thrown at it (to include weaker .223 up to mil surplus 5.56). Speaking of, the round count is approximately 200 rounds.

Now you're probably thinking, "Well, this kind of looks like the Colt Combat Unit Carbine on their website, but somethings off...". That's because I made a couple of changes:

-Vltor A5 buffer tube, A5H0 buffer, Colt rifle length action spring
-Magpul ASAP QD endplate (installed/staked by Robb Jensen @ Virginia Arms Co.)
-Magpul CTR buttstock
-Switched from the original 13" Centurion CMR rail to the 15" Centurion CMR rail

The A5 system made a soft shooting rifle even softer shooting, QD endplate because slings, CTR buttstock mainly due to aesthetics but I do like the ability to clamp it in place, and the extra 2" of rail because size DOES matter (or so I've been told).
