    Ithaca 37 and Browning BPS

Learned something new today. For years I had thought that the Ithaca 37 (and clones) was the only bottom feed/bottom eject shotgun on the market. But I know now that the Browning BPS also shares that feature. Anyone know if the two are mechanically similar?

    Kinda similar.
    Not parts interchange similar.
The shell lifter operation is similar, but the trigger group is different. Both use hammers.

Remington model 10 also poops where it eats. I love my BPS and they are easily the nicest pump action shotguns currently made.
