I call them Out of Stock Planet.

The worst part about them is they've stopped selling completely unregulated items like flash hiders, or uppers with flash hiders to California for some strange reason. Only thing I can gather is that a flash hider is a "feature" on California's assault weapon definition. But so is a pistol grip, collapsable stock and forward grip. And from what I can tell they still ship those here.

It's amazing how fast an 11% discount makes people forget what a shit-bird company they are though.

Optics Planet is the Botach or the Optics world. I ordered a Haley Strategic Flat Pack Plus from them last year. Several week later they sent me some Chinese made piece of junk in place of the Haley Strategic pack. I asked for an RA number and they wanted to charge me a 30% restock fee. Never again, Optics Planet will never get another penny out of me.

To the OP, brother, I pray your situation gets sorted.

I, too, photograph things knowing it isn’t hardcore proof but it shows some kind of intent.

I will photograph the individual parts. Package them and seal them. Then place that box into another box with paperwork stating that if the inner box is open someone has been in the box as it should be sealed.

So I did receive my refund from them. It seems that whoever answered my original inquiry into my refund was too lazy to look into it and just said they only received 2 back.

I will be hesitant to do business with them again for sure.
