I have used the Blade Tech "Nano" IWB holster for years with my full sized 1911's and have been very happy with it. For a belt holster, I use a Wilson-Blade Tech Eclipse, it is very tight against the body and is almost as concealable as the Nano.

Glad to see Tim is getting the recognition he deserves.

I was a holster whore for years. Alessi, Sparks, Rosen, Desantis, Galco, etc.

TT Gunleather makes the best quality leather holsters I've ever used. I like his holsters with the reinforced mouths (metal band to keep it open). Be careful with the "Mike" cant as it's too far forward for a clean draw IMO. The standard cant is great.

Kramer horsehide is hell and back durable but overall design doesn't conceal well.

I use a Galco pancake thumb snap holster. Also have suede leather shoulder holster I got for Christmas or my birthday years ago.

Galco Royal Guard works very well as concealed carry holster for 1911. It's comfortable, retains very well and allows for controlled but fast draw.

That's almost enough of an excuse to buy the Wilson Hackathorn 9mm LW Commander I've been lusting over. One more family trip, then the savings begins!

That would work. Currently, the 1AT-RT is a Wilson Combat exclusive.

I love Galco. I have an Avenger for open/outside carry and the Galco V-Hawk for IWB. Comfy, concealable, and local.

DeSantis 002 Speed Scabbard. For my 5" and 4.25" Wilson Combats, M&P 2.0 Compact and a Shield 9mm.

When I was working plainclothes Investigator I had to use a thumbbreak per policy. I used the 001 DeSantis with our issue Sig P226.

If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.

The last thing I want to do is hurt you,
but it's still on my list.

I'm partial to my Comp-Tac Hybrid. The kydex is 'grippy,' and the leather against my 'tactically padded' hip feels quite nice!
