How old is the trigger and estimated round count?

About one or two for every 20 to 30 rounds.

I've used a standard weight BCG NiB Stag and a lightweight ALU 3Gun unit and similar ratio of light strike FTF. Will not ignite when put through a second time.

Using Sellier and Bellot 123gr. What do you think I should start trouble shooting or is this a bad batch of ammo? Or could something be wrong with my fire control group?

Id go with crappy ammo , first and foremost. Try other ammo before questioning a Gissele trigger, not likely

Geissele hammers are designed to hit the firing pin dead nuts square with the most possible mass centered on the firing pin. Absent some kind of huge defect I would look for other problems than this FCG, even if it only had half a spring.
