    **Update**
    I put in a gen3 15lb spring and SS guide rod with Adpter.
    I changed the ejector to a 9mm ejector.

    Ejection is much more positive, and consistent. Im going to try some aluminum and see what happens.
    As a side note, the recoil is better now... I used to lose the dot and it would dip under target, now I can track it through the entire slide movement.

    I've taken hot brass to the face a few times with my Gen. 3 G19, but I found that a slight adjustment to my grip (get as much meat on the pistol as possible) helped alleviate the problem. Brand of ammo can make the difference as well. Other than that, I've never had issues with my G19 and run all sorts of different types of ammo through it. I clean it out after every use and add the right amount of oil in the right spots.

    Final update unless something changes:
    600 rounds no issues, 400 of which were Aluminum cased (worst with this pistol).
    I’m calling it solved: video of difference below (before and after new parts).
