I don’t have my hands on it yet, but yes it will be SBR’d.

I’m not sure that they have the stock options all lined out yet. I am hoping for them to have a collapsible option. I have a folding brace from the APC223 that I hope works until then.

I have heard the accuracy is good, but I haven’t heard what ammo was used. I hope that it likes 130-150 gr. Barnes TSX/TTSX

The thing I question is whether they can be made 922r compliant should someone decide to SBR one. The mag counts as three parts, trigger group three parts- then a piston, flash hider or cocking handle.

I want one of these because they look like the guns I used to doodle in my notebooks in college. Today I am sure doing this would result in a swat team being called out.

Which ATF branch do you work for in flyover country?

922(r) is very easy on the apc series.

    Barrel
    Trunion
    Upper receiver
    Lower receiver
    Flash hider
    Gas piston
    Receiver
    Lower
    Hammer
    Trigger
    Sear
    Pistol grip
Fore end (only applicable on APC556/300 and the 308 DMR, as these have removable handguards)
    Stock
    Mag body
    Mag follower
    Mag floorplate

That puts us at 17 parts for the apc556/300 and apc308 dmr, 16 parts for the apc9/45 and apc308 carbine. If using a US fcg, there is no sear, just the hammer and trigger, so that puts us at 16 parts for the apc556/300 and apc308 dmr and 15 parts for the apc9/45 and apc308 carbine.

So using the following parts and omitting those not applicable, you’re good to go:
    Flash hider (whatever you like)
    Hammer (Geissele)
    Trigger (Geissele)
Sear (not applicable with Geissele fcg)
    Pistol grip (Whatever you like)
    Mag body (US)
    Mag follower (US)
    Mag floorplate (US)

There's no need to denigrate. He asked a legitimate question and Josh provided an excellent answer.

I was just joking around. I guess I should have made it more clear with one of these, .

But, just as Josh clearly stated, 922(r) is no issue.
