Ameen could face execution for the "organized killing by an armed group" according to Iraqi documents filed in U.S. federal court.
Prosecutors say Ameen entered the U.S. under a refugee program, eventually settling in Sacramento, and attempted to gain legal status in the United States.
He arrived in Turkey in 2012 and began applying to the U.S. for refugee status by claiming to be a victim of terrorism, according to a court document. He was granted refugee status in June 2014, but returned to Iraq to commit the slaying before traveling to the United States in November 2014, the document says.

Considering the shape of our immigration system their are probably more of these camps out there run by guys like this.

Iranian-backed militants are operating across the United States mostly unfettered, raising concerns in Congress and among regional experts that these "sleeper cell" agents are poised to launch a large-scale attack on the American homeland, according to testimony before lawmakers.
Iranian agents tied to the terror group Hezbollah have already been discovered in the United States plotting attacks, giving rise to fears that Tehran could order a strike inside America should tensions between the Trump administration and Islamic Republic reach a boiling point.
Intelligence officials and former White House officials confirmed to Congress on Tuesday that such an attack is not only plausible, but relatively easy for Iran to carry out at a time when the Trump administration is considering abandoning the landmark nuclear deal and reapplying sanctions on Tehran.

Hmmmm, wonder who helped fund that?

I lived in Arizona for a decade or so, I still have most of my extended family living there. The line between Arizona and New Mexico is rather amazing sometimes, less now than before, but there was almost a 180 degree shift in mindset between New Mexico and Arizona in the 1970's.
I'm not sure why this guy is not being prosecuted for the boy's murder, but I'm almost positive if you told a Judge in New Mexico "It's a ritual in Islam, it just went wrong, but it's a part of our faith." that wouldn't be researched, pretty much as you see here, you'd be on your way.
I would tease them about it but, Wtf, how many times did Arizona send John McCain back to Washington?

So why did the authorities remove the trailer and bulldoze the site along with setting a really low bond after the arrests? A body was found there, terrorists were training for an attack- nothing to see here folks.

So I wonder if they failed to have the evidentiary hearing because all the evidence was bulldozed?
