    Pulsar Customer Service?? Issues with New Thermal Sight

    Anyone have experience with Pulsar Customer Service?? I have some Issues with New Thermal Sight

    Just got a pulsar xq38 from OpticsPlanet and a couple things were not right out of the box

    1) wall wart USB port broken
    2) weaver mount shows as q.d levers on box as well as pulsar and OP websites
    But received a clunky thumbscrew mount

    I called OpticsPlanet and they said they’re going to submit a n item replacement request for the wall wart but I’m SOL on the thumbscrew Mount

    Emailed pulsar yesterday (14 hours ago)
    Waiting on response

    I picked them over FLIR due to comments on that other site
    Saying flir cs was nonexistent and pulsar was great

    Edit: Weird- found the USA contact information via mobile that I didn’t see via desktop

    Finally got to talk to pulsar USA rep and they are taking care of things
    Bad news is that all sights that are sub 640res are now coming with thumbscrew mounts
