This may seem silly but I’ve been looking for the longest reloading component that you could fire in any given caliber, just to see how far you could push it. It would probably not be magazine compatible, but it might work in a single shot. It would probably need to be constructed of either copper or brass since they’re lighter. The longest bullet in any caliber that I can find is this (https://www.lehighdefense.com/produc...d-808gr-bullet), which is 2.68 inches long and 808 grains.
Is anything longer than this?
