Both of these ball heads were purchased new by me just over a year ago. They were both barely used and in excellent condition although the smaller one has some finish scrapes from a set screw on one of my tripods and is barely visible when mounted. Each ball head includes the factory plate.
The action is silky smooth with adjustable tension and resistance. Both also have independently locking panning bases.
