I also recommend this belt for AIWB. I've used Megingjord since March and love it. I used a reinforced Wilderness belt for 6 years or so before this and the Megingjord is worlds more comfortable with no reduction in support or concealment. The low-profile buckle is a nice touch, too. I had to rotate my Wilderness belt to the side because the buckle printed badly in the 12:00 position when carrying AIWB.

I've used a ton of different belts and have come to prefer the Graith Specialist for AIWB carry.

I came in here to recommend the Megingjord and I see I've been beaten to it. The combination of stiffness where the holster is attached, to flexibility in the rest of the belt is great. I also appreciate how you can just quickly fold over the belt and attach the velcro, or double fold through the very low profile buckle for a little more support if needed. I vary based on pistol and weight. The reasonable price is also appealing.

They actually just upgraded the buckle on the Megingjord and are selling ones with the old buckle for a discounted price.

Many of the belts mentioned here, while great, are likely to be too stiff to work well with most AIWB holsters. You need some flex to allow the belt to conform to the belt wedge or claw such that they actually function. A majority of issues I am presented with are resolved with a change in belt.

In agreement 100% w/ UP here, also used a metric ass load of holsters when I started w/ IWB in the mid 90's, transitioned to AIWB 4-5 yrs. ago & now own 3 Specialists from Graith, one in MC for matches & the other two for EDC are a Shivworks edition & a MC black.
