@Clint
Has your team tested results or considered longer barrels, maybe an odd length as referenced in the post below?

This thread had me wondering about 18.5”, for instance, as a possible maximum point before drastically diminishing returns. Would the rifle length gas system be about optimum?
EDIT: Part of my thought process involved effectiveness (via velocity) of the broadest range of ammunition.

^That's excellent.
I need to take a picture of it, but the rifle I built with the MPR barrel averaged a hair under .77"/100 yards for five 5-shot groups with 77 SMKs over H322. Groups fired from bipod with a rear bag. I look forward to building around your SPR barrel.

The wife shot her rifle equipped with the 11.5" suppressor gas drive barrel at a carbine class this weekend. Super accurate and super flat shooting. I shot some steel with it at our lunch break and was getting .5 second splits at 40-45 yards with little trouble. The only complaint was the rifle was a tad too heavy.

That's good to hear.
Regarding the weight;
There's over 18oz hanging off the end of barrel.
Any suppressor over 16oz is going to feel heavy.
A combination around 12oz will feel good.
This is possible with a direct thread adapter and no anchor brake.
These are combined weights including the muzzle device/mount.

The only problem is that that suppressor goes on about 5 hosts. It would be nice to dedicate a suppressor to that rifle. We ordered a Chimera from Silencerco. Maybe I'll direct thread that one to it. I may need to build a new upper with one of these barrels for my "night fighter" rifle. Between my 14" and this 11.5, I don't want to shoot any of my other dozen or so rifles!
