difference between p229 scorpion and emperor scorpion

so ive been wanting to collect a sig p229 scorpion or emperor scorpion or p229 combat, for collecting and 2-gun matches, ive found the three on gun broker but whats the reason for price difference between the scorpion and emperor scorpion? is one custom shop or something?

Best I can tell is that the Scorpion has a Cerakote FDE finish, while the Emperor Scorpion utilizes a PVD finish; the grips also appear to be different, but that's pretty much it, I believe.
