This is/was Walther's budget or entry-level gun (this was $319 shipped). Only in production from 2103-2015 (IIRC) it was a sales flop for Walther, so they recontoured the slide and named the resulting gun the "Creed". Had one when they first came out, but later sold it. It was a fun and accurate gun to shoot so I bought a new one for a range toy. Tenifer finish on the slide and barrel and a typically nice Walther trigger. Date code on this one indicates 2015 manufacture, so probably toward the tail end of production.

The usual remarks are "It looks like a Hi-Point", "It's just too damn big", and "That's one ugly gun". I guess, but then Glocks aren't going to win any beauty contests either
