IIRC to add insult to injury they gave his ranch to the illegal bastards who sued him (of course with the help of the SPLC).

    This is disgusting. Literally nauseating.

How is something like that allowed to stand in this country?

Reading what I could find on the lawsuit what got Ranch Rescue in trouble was this:

Plaintiffs further allege that while held at gunpoint, the armed persons verbally abused and terrorized them" including threatening them that they could be killed without their murders ever being discovered by authorities." Plaintiffs allege Defendants detained both groups for approximately two hours.4" In the case of Leiva et al., Plaintiffs allege Defendants hit one of the Plaintiffs in the head with the back of a handgun and allowed a Rottweiler dog to attack another Plaintiff.41 In Rodriguez et al., Defendants allegedly stole $3,000 hidden in one of the traveler's shoes.42 Plaintiffs claim that during the entire ordeal, they feared severe injury and death.43 As a result of the incidents, Plaintiffs claim they were terrified and traumatized, suffering physical injuries and severe emotional distress.44 Plaintiffs in both actions seek to recover actual and exemplary damages. 5

Defendant Joseph Sutton responded to the Complaint by denying all of Plaintiffs' allegations, setting out affirmative defenses, and alleging new facts arguing against the merits of the suit.46 Defendants claim citizens of foreign states illegally inside the United States have no standing to seek monetary relief in the state or federal courts of the United States.47 Defendants also deny the factual allegations of the complaint because of the affirmative defense of the common law doctrine of citizen's arrest.48

Probably shouldn't threaten to kill, pistol-whip or steal money from the folks you detain.

According to one article I read, almost universally illegals are not successful in winning/bringing suits against the CBP/Individual Agents/Government/Folks. In that context, that they lost the suit says something.

Here is something about one the Ranch Rescue guys sued:

Instead of dealing with the authorities directly, the group filed a homespun "writ" attempting to free Nethercott, who eventually posted $50,000 bail after a month in jail. In March, a grand jury indicted the 36-year-old La Mirada, California, resident for assault and unlawful restraint and last month added a third felony to the list: unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

In 1997, Nethercott had pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for detaining two high school students at gunpoint while searching for a fugitive in Orange County, California. Press accounts say the 270-pound bounty hunter dressed like a police officer and outfitted his Chevrolet Caprice to look like an unmarked squad car with emergency lights, siren and a back-seat cage. Nethercott's probation ended less than five years ago, making it illegal for him to carry a gun in Texas.

I'd hesitate to detain anyone, trail them and call Border Patrol?

Ultimately, Ranch Rescue's actions ended up costing Sutton his ranch.

Sutton’s ranch was not deeded to the illegals- it was the Ranch Rescues HQ (owned by Nethcott) which was awarded. Sutton settled out of court

Thanks for the more accurate information. I recalled hearing about someone's property being awarded to the illegal scum but apparently was wrong on just whose it was.

Just when you thought this was all talk:

    https://dailycaller.com/2019/04/29/f...ellion-cartel/

The FBI is investigating anti-fascist activists for an alleged plot to buy guns from a Mexican cartel in order to “stage an armed rebellion” at the southern border, according to an unclassified document obtained by The Chicago Tribune.

The FBI document, from December of 2018, warns of militant antifa activists planning to “disrupt security operations” at the U.S.-Mexico border. The group allegedly planned to buy guns from a Mexican cartel associate known as Cobra Commander, in order to “stage an armed rebellion at the border.”

The source who provided it to the San Diego Tribune asked the outlet not to publish the six-page document because the investigation is ongoing, and the outlet cited two additional law enforcement officials who confirmed the news. The FBI has warned dozens of law enforcement agencies in both Mexico and the United States of the alleged plot.
My take: Even though the alleged perps deny it, this jibes with their past behavior. They claim they wouldn't need to buy guns from Mexico, but if they're planning to use illegally modified guns (semi to full auto) that might be expedient. At any rate, STAY ALERT.

This is a good one. A hispanic-muslim leftist terrorist tried to make IEDs to bomb a "Nazi rally".

FBI Says It Thwarted A Planned Terrorist Attack By A Man In Los Angeles Area

A U.S. Army veteran with experience fighting in Afghanistan conspired to stage a terrorist attack on a planned white supremacist rally with the intent of inflicting mass casualties in the Los Angeles area, according to federal prosecutors.

Mark Steven Domingo, 26, was arrested last Friday after he received what he believed was a live bomb that he intended to detonate at a Long Beach rally scheduled for Sunday. In fact, the supposed improvised explosive device was delivered to Domingo by an undercover law enforcement officer.

Domingo is charged with providing and attempting to provide material support to terrorists.

According to an affidavit, Domingo actively discussed with an FBI informant the possibility of attacking several possible sites, targeting Jews, police officers, churches and a National Guard armory before settling on the Long Beach rally.

In online posts, Domingo expressed his support for violent jihad. "America needs another vegas event ... something to kick off civil unrest," he wrote on March 3. That was an apparent reference to the Oct. 1, 2017, mass shooting in Las Vegas, in which the perpetrator killed 58 people before killing himself.

Domingo also expressed a desire to avenge the March 15 mass shootings at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, in which 50 people were killed. "There must be retribution," he wrote, according to the affidavit.

Domingo had been deployed to Afghanistan between September 2012 and January 2013.

Domingo allegedly purchased 8 pounds of 3-inch nails for the planned IED because, he said, "they would be long enough to penetrate the human body and puncture internal organs," according to the affidavit.

At one stage of their plotting, according to the affidavit, the informant pressed Domingo for his attack plan, stressing that he didn't want to get caught.

"Your plan is just to go and get caught. That's your plan," the informant allegedly said.

    Domingo allegedly replied, "Martyrdom, bro."

Domingo was taken into custody Friday night as he, the FBI informant and the undercover officer were conducting surveillance at the Long Beach park as part of their final preparations for the planned attack.

Shhhh, he can hear us typing about him with those ears....
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.
