And they won't stop...
And they won't stop...
I was going to say things aren't that bad. But then I am reminded of how utterly ignorant of the inherent evil of socialism/communism we have become.
There is no cute fluffy bunny version of communism that you can hug it out with.
I'm not that old.
So you never thought we got lucky that it didn't get worse in the 60s?
Do you think the moderate center was larger then or now?
My thinking is they will stir up racial and other tensions in the big cities. THEN you can start saying we've passed 1968. Meanwhile state legislatures in blue states will push the leftist agenda even harder on the theory that if they can't get it at the federal level they will get it state-by-state. Look for onerous gun laws to start passing in places where it stuns the residents. Mainly, though, I think the push to get as many illegals registered as Democrats to turn red states blue will be the primary thrust. The goal will be to make it impossible for anyone but a Democrat to get enough electoral votes to become president.
The dossier and the Russian colusion will fade into oblivion when President Trump is gone.

"In a nut shell, if it ever goes to Civil War, I'm afraid I'll be in the middle 70%, shooting at both sides" — 26 Inf
"We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them." — CNN's Don Lemon 10/30/18
It'll be his taxes...yet ANOTHER harlot coming forward..or yet ANOTHER "pee" Type dossier or some other invented, fake made up lie to just continually hound him out of office. I really think they believe a 24/7/365 hounding will wear either him or the First Lady down to where he/she doesnt want to be there anymore.
Im looking forward to the report next week...
The obedient always think of themselves as virtuous rather than the cowards they really are.
What? Calling Marxism/Socialism/Communism out for what they are..POLICIES OF DEATH & POVERTY..is MORE worse than those things themselves?
Are you high?
They are just ignorant idiots who want a better life? Are you insane? They cant see, hear, read or find out how many MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS have been murdered, died from starvation & disease & poverty? They cant look RIGHT NOW, TODAY at countries on the very razor edge of total collapse from these policies?
This idea that people who support & espouse these ideas are harmless..they THEY THINK THEY KNOW WHATS BEST FOR ME & MINE..is ABSURD!
Look at the financial devastation TACO MAMA just caused in New York...she absolutely FVCKED THEM GOOD out her pure, "harmless ignorance" because SHE THOUGHT SHE KNEW WHATS BEST.
People who dont take wolves at the door seriously are a bigger threat then the f-in wolves. Those policies kill & harm & hurt people dude- how the F you just gonna act like it or they aint no big deal-or that calling them out for what they are is worse?!
YOU are the ignorant one here...YOU & people who think like you, are the problem.
If you cant see that they DO..WANT TO BURN EVERYTHING DOWN that they dont like..man, you got your head in the sand, or you are one of them.
The obedient always think of themselves as virtuous rather than the cowards they really are.
I am.
The population was 2/3 what it is now. You had 3 choices for TV news - ABC, CBS, or NBC. Daily papers, unless they were biggies, rarely dispatched reporters to out-of-region events, instead they primarily used AP or UPI.
Unless the story made the AP or UPI ticker, it had little chance of going national. Consequently, items that get a lot of coverage today - like the MAGA hat teenager and the 'Viet Nam Times' guy wouldn't have made a ripple.
The internet is wonderful (sarcasm) look at all the morons it unleashes on the world-at-large.
As for the moderates - I'm not sure:
On July 16, 1964, Senator Barry Goldwater, of Arizona, approached the podium at the San Francisco Cow Palace to accept the Republican presidential nomination. Many moderates in the audience expected a conciliatory speech pledging party unity. But Goldwater gave them something very different. "I would remind you," he thundered, "that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And ... moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue." Liberal Republicans were shocked. The party they had controlled for so long had fallen into the hands of extremists. Political commentators were equally taken aback. After hearing the speech, one reporter expressed their dismay: "My God, he's going to run as Barry Goldwater."
Sound familiar? The article I snipped that from is a good read: https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine...-1960s/376506/ (yeah, yeah, I know, The Atlantc.)

Patriotism means to stand by the country. It does not mean to stand by the President... - Theodore Roosevelt, Lincoln and Free Speech, Metropolitan Magazine, Volume 47, Number 6, May 1918.
Every Communist must grasp the truth. Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun. Our principle is that the Party commands the gun, and the gun must never be allowed to command the Party Mao Zedong, 6 November, 1938 - speech to the Communist Patry of China's sixth Central Committee
