I've always wondered what long haul truck drivers will do in such a situation, I have a feeling that a lot of under/over passes will be blocked with trailers from 18 wheeler pushing hard to get home.

What to do to prepare now?

My list:

1. Stop telling people you have guns. Even like-minded pro 2A friends don't need to know everything you have.
2. Buy your weapons and supplies for them now.
3. Get training if available.
4. Get into shape and look after your healrh to the best extent you can.
5. Be active politically but treat the opposition like the enemy. Don't discuss politics with the opposition. It's too late to try to convert people.
6. Remove all political and gun related bumper stickers. Time to start keeping a low profile.
7. Keep up with a variety of news sources, especially what's going on around the country. You never know when a riot is coming to your town.
8. Be agreeable to "the enemy." Pretend you are just as liberal as they are. This will let you infiltrate them and out their plans to your side. But this is also why you do not discuss your real views except with like-minded people you've known for a long time.
9. Move to a rural area or small town if you can. The cities are likely to go first just due to the concentrarion of people if nothing else.
10. Be prepared to improvise. You might have to abandon everyrhing on a moment's notice and just GO.

Medical align yourself with a couple docs if ya can
Get learn what vet drugs can work on people and have some keep me fresh
Getting dysentery will take you down to non working stat quickly as example
A sliced finger can you stitch it ? Antibiotics ? Etc....

learn who has what and how can you get it also to never have so much you become the target kinda thing
Learn what you are capable of if you and family depended on it

We are so advanced these days nothing in our past will compare we can only get ideas

The vacuum created by the gov that becomes so corrupt we have examples all over the world and many places we can view for our future possibilities
Central America or South America or parts of Europe
Many love living in Columbia ya just have to know places are no go zones and things can go south

I've been debating whether the shootings in Dayton OH and El Paso TX constitute the "next step" toward civil war, or if the shooters are just mentally deranged and weren't really at their core committing acts of violence to further a political end.

The net effect, though, is that a political end has been furthered. Salvo number one:

Using his twitter account today, Representative Castro posted a list of local donors to the Donald Trump campaign directing his followers to target those ordinary citizens.

Pay close attention to this current method of political targeting; and overlay the law of unintended consequences to the current gun control discussion surrounding “redflag” laws.

Ultimately what far-left Joaquin Castro is doing is exactly what will happen when arbitrary rules of defining people for targeting are pushed into law. History is full of examples where this exact process was used. None of those examples ended well for those who were defined.

Posting a list on the public square; of ordinary citizens who just hold a different political outlook; and targeting them for confrontation, is just fueling ANTIFA toward violence against those on the list. This is what cultural progressives mean when they say: “by any means necessary.”

Joaquin Castro’s twin brother, Julian Castro, is one of the Democrat candidates for president, and was previously President Obama’s HUD secretary. Together Joaquin and Julian personify an ideology that supports political targeting, by any means necessary – including violence, of their political opposition.

Political targeting is exactly what President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder were doing when the DOJ requested the donor contribution lists, “schedule B’s”, from the IRS (Lois Lerner) so they could generate their ‘secret research project‘ targeting list. These actions are directly, openly, publicly and specifically, the weaponization of government.


This is the long-standing ideology of the of the political left. It is a short walk from starting a secret research project; creating files through surveillance, generating lists of citizens and posting them in the public square; to eventually making people wear armbands. The purposes are EXACTLY the same.

This is both the historic and modern Democrat party.

CNN contributor and liberal intellectual Reza Aslan is calling for the “eradication” of Trump supporters. In a series of aggressive tweets directed toward the President and those who voted for him, Aslan remarked – in response to the mass shooting in El Paso – that President Donald Trump “is a white nationalist terror leader.”

Arguing that there was “no longer any room for nuance” – words that are remarkably similar to Dayton shooter Connor Betts’ calls for violence on Twitter – Reza openly called for the genocide of Trump supporters.

“The President is a white nationalist terror leader. His supporters – ALL OF THEM – are by definition white nationalist terror supporters. The MAGA hat is a KKK hood. And his evil, racist scourge must be eradicated from society.”

My take: This will only get worse.

Protesters demonstrated outside Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's (R) home in Kentucky on Monday night, accusing the GOP leader of being unresponsive to their concerns.

Local television station WHAS 11 reported that demonstrators held signs and chanted slogans about a range of issues including immigration reform and LGBT rights, while accusing the senator of not responding to calls to his office.

The ABC affiliate reported that 20-30 demonstrators attended the protest, while local police and private security prevented any from getting near the residence itself.

"Liberal activists like the Democratic Socialists of Louisville know how to try to create good street theatre, and as an avid supporter of the First Amendment, Senator McConnell believes that all citizens have the right to express their opinions peacefully. I hope Senator McConnell’s neighbors weren’t too inconvenienced," a spokesperson for McConnell's office told The Hill in an email.

The Senate GOP leader was at home over the weekend recovering after fracturing his shoulder. His office said Sunday that McConnell injured himself after tripping at home on his patio, adding that he was released after treatment and would be working from home.

Renowned geopolitical and financial cycle expert Charles Nenner thinks the probability for war and civil unrest is coming around in an intense cycle not seen for decades. Nenner says, “Years ago when we talked about my war cycles, I said I am more worried about internal social war in the United States than outside wars. I think there is a bigger chance in the United States than in Europe. They say it’s Trump’s fault . . . . I say it’s the other way around. If the Democrats would just get things organized and people would not get that angry. . . . The media will always take the other side, so they will never solve it. I think it is the Democrats whose fault it is that all these killings are there and not the Republicans. . . . So, there is a cycle of social unrest in the United States, which is 60 years old. So, you go back to what happened in the 1960’s. It could explode, and I think it is going to explode, and there is going to be a major problem. . . . I don’t know how bad it is going to be, but based on cycles, it has to be worse than the 1960’s. Each cycle always is worse. . . . WWII was worse than WWI, so every cycle becomes worse than the first cycle. . . . I don’t feel comfortable living in the United States anymore because people are so aggressive on everything.

Externally, there is still much risk coming from Nenner’s war cycle. Nenner says, “One mistake and it could ignite the whole situation. Now, we have the thing with Russia going on. It could come from anywhere. It’s just a dangerous period.”

Nenner has gotten the attention of some world leaders because he is forecasting a coming war cycle. Nenner says, “I am going to tell you a secret that I have not shared with anybody. You know that I was approached by a delegation of Russians, and I was invited to Russia because Mr. Putin has watched my war cycles and he is very interested. I’ve been already, and I just gave you a clue as to what’s going on behind the scenes. . . . If you look at my website, you see me on Moscow 1 Channel with Putin.”

Nenner will not disclose what he told Putin about his war cycle work, but he added that he “Works with the Chinese government also, and people in the East are esoteric and not as rational as the West likes to believe. . . . I find it interesting that I was on television with Putin and no American ever approached me as to what is going on over there. So, the whole world is in disarray.”
