    not have many people with such knowledge on ars/m4s.
    just verniered buffer tube & it looks like i have a commercial size stock as it
    measures 1.18 diameter at the thread, i have a sabre lower with a tactical solutions upper. thanks again keep up the good work.

    Milspec- Stag, Colt, LMT, Noveske, S&W, CMMG.

    Commercial- Bushmaster, Rock River, Olympic, Double Star, Charles Daly.

    I think older CMMG were Commercial, and that Armalite makes milspec and commercial.
