    If you use a 24x, you would be able measure it at .25 or .3 moa, not .04 moa as you are infering.

    Anyone who ever wanted a Elcan Specter should take a look at Charlie's. Elcan has temporarily reduced the price by 30%, and within weeks, the Elcan has become affordable.
