Good hinge to fold cheek rest? (No buffer mechanism)

I have a pistol with an AR-style buffer tube being used as a cheek rest.

I'd like it fold. It doesn't make sense to buy the Law Tactical hinge systems because it is engineered to work with buffer components. My gun doesn't have those parts, it's just an empty tube.

So I all need is an AR buffer tube compatible hinge. No junk, though. I want it to be stable and durable.

Anyone make such a thing?
