    Mongo- what were you shooting at the end of that video? The noise was rounds hitting the steel or was that the pinging?

    That was a AR500 steel plate at 300 yrd. It is the sound off the impact on the plate.

    my spr/m4 got to my dealer yesterday and he was nice enough to let me take home the mount so I can have it installed and ready for when I get the can..

    anyways, I couldnt describe it any other way than a tuning fork, I am a med student and if I ever forget to bring one of my tuning forks in I could always just pull this puppy off..
