    That stupid paddle release is the only reason I don’t have a VP9. And when MAC tested it and showed you can’t wet sneeze on the slide without inducing a malfunction.

    It's just me but I like the push button mag release.

    Not just you. I will probably grab one.

    I have not grabbed a PPQ.

    My TP9SFX has been much better than I expected though.

    Still has the groove in the trigger guard that drives some people nuts?

    I have 1911s, SIGs, Glocks, Berettas, and M&Ps, all with push button mag releases. I don't mind at all that my PPQ is an M2 with the button mag release, it's just like all my other pistols so why should it be a problem? It's not. Some may prefer the paddle mag release but the button is perfectly serviceable for 100% of users.

    I think you may be thinking of the early P99s with the ski-jump in the middle of the inside of the trigger guard.
