    The early batches of the M5ís had this issue. Some worked, some worked intermittently, & some never turned on at all. Aimpoint will take care of it. Just send it in.

    I can't quite remember, but didn't Mr.Gunsngear have a similar issue with his Comp M5?

    Keep us up to date on what Aimpoint says. I've got a Comp M5 with a few hundred rounds on it and I'm curious if this is something I should look out for.

    Correct. Except mine only lasted about 1 hour. Swapped batteries and everything and when I called Aimpoint the CS guy CLEARLY was familiar with the problem and said they'd send a new one without even waiting for my original one to arrive at Aimpoint.

    My first T-2 had a similar issue. I am a total Aimpoint fanboy, but they aren't hammered out by Jesus.
