These are clean and in good condition. Some wear from a knife being clipped on the right front pocket (see pictures).

Seams are good, no tears or frays (other than the pocket top from the knife) that I can see. Very comfortable and there is stretch built into the fabric. I received these as a gift in the wrong size, but wore them anyway just cinching down with a belt at the waist and rolling some cuffs. Good all around pants. I’ve worn them thousands of miles flying, driving, and riding; used for some range time too.
Just a good pant I think someone in a 40x32 could appreciate. I’d say ‘true to size’ as I’m more of a 36/38x30 and these were just a hair too big.
