    That's unfortunate. I know it's not a critical part, but I chose a DPMS stock kit for my A2 because it was the only one I could find with an aluminum trap door.

    I was at a LGS today and they had LMT restricted Govt lowers for $137. LMT still GTG?

    I can also get a new complete A2 Bushmaster lower for $200 OTD.

    if you get lucky at a gun show you can pick up an real old colt A2 for $30. I built this lower for a friend who’s a retired marine. Built him a 6.8SPC M16A4 using a super tight fitting ruger lower. (upper is from one of mine because I didn’t have an A2 upper at the time)
