I'm the second owner of the scope, mount is new. Scope does have ring Mark's but mount is pristine. The mount is the hyper-extended model and works out perfectly on an AR, 0MOA. When I installed the scope I used the Fat Wrench to be sure to not over torque anything. Illumination works and the glass is perfect. Comes with caps as well. Other than the ring Mark's the scope is otherwise just fine.
No box for the scope, not the original one anyway but I do have one to ship it in. No paperwork either. I do have the original box for the mount though to send with it.

I Put up some pics. You can see the ring Mark's and the couple small defects to the finish on the ocular housing, just in the finish, no dents. The ring Mark's were actually from NOT having the rings tight enough and the scope slid back under recoil. I dont know it that's better than having them too tight.
