Looks good, but (if my memory is correct) kind of odd to call it retro due to those features. Best I can recall, every 590 I have seen going back to mid to late 80's had polymer furniture and seems like the original ghost ring sight for them was the one Sage International makes.

I think "Retro Style" might be more accurate.

The wood on that is nice. Seems like they had a brochure showing upgraded wood and maybe a few other upgrades (gold trigger maybe?) on some 500's and the self loading shotguns and bolt actions they were making at the time.

I like it! I put some wood on my 5901A1 a few years ago. The LOP with the wood is much better for me.
