Shot timer indoors

Was thinking about picking up shot timer, then when i was about to get one shipped in the thought occured to me " wait it cant work in an indoor range with others shooters can it?"

Has anyone tried this? i guess worst case i can still use on to set a certain time between 2 beeps

I used my Pocket Pro 2 at an indoor range without issue for years, when pistol shooting, even with many other shooters on the line, albeit in different booths. I simply had to turn the sensitivity down.

Timer function on an indoor range depends on size of the range, shooter spacing, overhead baffle and stall construction, what others are shooting, and sensitivity of the unit. Sometimes I can use mine while others are shooting, sometimes not. PACT 3 and CED 7000 here.

Add Commander from AMG Lab to the list, it has Bluetooth connectivity, presets, all kinds of stuff.

CED has a version that is a watch. It uses an accelerometer so it can filter out other shots that don't correlate with the movement from recoil. Not much more expensive. Might be a good option.
