    I'm actually in the process of moving reloading from the basement to my office.

    We have a finished basement with two spare rooms with no egress windows. One is the office, the other is my reloading room.

    Built a 15X30 "shed" behind the house with utilities/HVAC. Temp and humidity are controlled, a single, steel "man door" for egress with alarm.

    It was purpose built as a reload/gun storage area. No one but me and my dogs are allowed. (:
