Surefire/Arisaka scout light cell extender

A while back I saw something on social media where somebody had extended a mini-scout with a one-cell extender to basically convert it into a 600-series scout.

Those are the wrong thread for scout lights. Way too big in diameter, too.

Why not just get a 600 series scout light instead? People are always on the market looking for mini scout lights which are preferred.
