This system is great, flexible, and affordable ($0 if you don't want monitoring or cellular backup). You can use the smartphone app to monitor things and it works with NEST stuff and IFTTT.

I will include 3 additional Mini Door Sensors. If I can find the yard sign I can include that as well. This was about $400 new for the kit, 3 extra door sensors, and the sign. Today it would be more with the camera+motion sensor.
