For those who replace/rebarrel their AR .308s whats the best tool to hold the upper when unscrewing/installing barrel nut. Seems to be lots of choices but I'm sure a few will get you in trouble!

Geissele AR10/SR25 Reaction rod. Mates with the barrel extension so there’s no need to hold the upper.

How about the Kley-Zion rod? Any good.
