Received my approved Form 1, without any stamp.

    Anyone have this happen?

I received my approved Paper Form 1 yesterday (90 days from check cashed, to approved) but there was no stamp attached to the form. It didn't fall off in the envelope or anything, the form looks like one was never even put on there.

Is the approval valid without the stamp? I'll try and call the NFA branch tomorrow to see what they say.

Stamp is just a receipt for tax paid. Approval is valid.

I'd definitely call and question it.

Even if it's still valid, I'd definitely want the stamp to make sure that some bully can't jerk you around. Plus, since you've literally paid $200 for the stamp you should have it.

I spoke with the NFA branch today. They want me to return the Form 1.

Out of curiosity how did you file?

I also did a form 1 individual the same day. Hopefully your issue is a one off

He said Paper Form 1 in the OP...and the 90 day timeframe says it's not an EForm.

Is the form 1 timeframe really getting that
    fast?

I’ll update when mine comes up.. but it was probably a 1 time.

Always wondered if the app goes to the bottom of the pile when someone calls so I just leave it be

Biggest goofball agency ever. They may give the Postal Workers a run for the money in the worthless idiots rankings.

Not usually...but EForms are coming back in 10-15 days. The paper forms are still 6+ months, which some over 12 months and only a handful somehow coming back in 80-120 days.

However, the Form 1 was only recently been added back, less than 60 days ago. So no way there was a 90-day approval even if something took excessively longer than normal.
