How many rounds before form 1 for a lower?

I form 1'd two Mega lowers. Both had well over 1K rounds before I did that. However, I did not do that intentionally, just fell out that way. Regards the specific question from the OP; without a doubt I would run several different magazines and at least 250 rounds before not worrying about functional issues biting my gonads.

Thanks for the input and shared experiences. If the snow isn't too bad I'll be running a couple of mags through each Monday afternoon. Both of these Are Colt factory assembled lowers.
