QD swivel that does not move at all?

Was curious if anybody makes a swivel that will attach to a QD socket (in my ALG EMR) but will maybe be designed in such a way or incorporate some kind of screw that keeps it from moving at all?

Does something like this even exist?

    ETA:

    Would this work?

Is the ALG cup (socket) not anti-rotate? Anti-rotate will jiggle a little but the swivel won't rotate. The Grovtec swivel you linked to is different in that you pull the knurled piece up to release rather than push a button down. The cup is what prevents rotation not the swivel.

ALG is limited rotation yes, but I want totally immobile.

The Sig Sauer low profile QD sockets are fixed position.

Unless the set screw pushes the rollers out enough to lock.

The "screw" is actually a flared part that blocks the QD rollers in the outward position when engaged.
