    Certainly a nice looking weapon.

The little holes in the middle of the gas cylinder on the side view I assume are for excess gas to vent out. I like that idea of vent placement blowing outwards (or up and forward like on an HK416) as opposed to the underneath-the-handguards venting of most other styles. Only issue with the Steyr is that if you want a longer handguard then you'd have the gas blowing right into your palm unless you're using a VFG "chicken-choker" grasp.

    Kind of meh.

I’ll bet the barrel quality is really good though.

Looks like another attempt to cash in on the 416's success. Who would have guessed that the AR's layout is the most efficient form factor for actually fighting with your rifle

Also the gas block design looks terrible.

LOL, that must really irritate the Teutonic Uber engineer’s responsible for the HK416 and that Rheinmetall/Steyr.

I'm trying to recall which piston maker's block it reminds me of.

    Adams Arms? Maybe Ruger?

Aside from the AUG which is the only bullpup worth a damn, hard pass.

When I first saw a pic of it I thought of Ruger's SR-556.
