Like scout scope level eye relief to mount in front of the dot instead of behind?
The only real complaint I can think of with scout scopes is light source behind the shooter can turn the ocular lens in to a mirror, but the dot would seem to negate that.
To my way of thinking, the magnified image coupled with the relatively fine aiming point (2moa common) would seem to be a slick combination for distant &/or small targets. Also figuring their is some sort of technical reason this is a non-starter, but haven't came up with a search query so far explaining why it isn't feasible.
