Had a Redding profile crimp die that I was using to load coated cast bullets. It was rubbing pretty badly due to it being too tight. Called them up, talked awhile, and he had me send it in with some brass and the bullets I was loading. Even though I measured it with a small hole gage and a micrometer and found it to be within their spec, he polished it out for me and I had it back in about a week at no charge. The guy I was talking to was the guy that actually took it into the shop and did the work. I thought that was pretty cool.
