Why are there so many more M10's for sale than M11's.

I have no idea how many full auto M10's were made versus full auto M11's, but it sure seems that there are way more M10's for sale than M11's. Is it simply that so many more M10's were made or is it more that the M11's are more desirable?

I believe there are more m11/9, but they are more desirable. Watch John at NFASales. He has 4 m11/9s incoming. Give him a call if you are set in m11/9.

    Whats your end goal?

I recently purchased two M11-nine's. They arrived at my dealer last week. I was told that they were made in '83, but as an added bonus found that they have consecutive serial numbers. I know that I got a good deal. It's just that all of the research that I did made me wonder why I was seeing so many more M10's offered for sale.

My goal is to have fun. I'm looking at purchasing a Lage upper for one and a 22LR conversion for the other (if they work, I'm still investigating).

This, M-11/9s tend to move quickly, Lage makes more options for the M-11/9 due to them being more abundant, that is why they are more desirable. John is local to me and a great guy to deal with.

I think both. Obviously the M-10 was made first and both were made until the 86 ban. The M11/9 is probably more popular because it's cheaper to feed and easier to control. I know there was a reliable magazine problem when they first came out and the zytel magazines pretty much cracked and fell apart, but I'm assuming that has been solved.

Factor in Lage uppers which made the series more relevant for the modern shooter and all M10/M11 SMGs are back in high demand.

I paid $7,250 for mine this past summer (still waiting for my stamp), since then I don’t see M-11/9s sitting too long on Sturm or machineguncentral, it’s hard to tell what others are actually paying, but I’ve see some with asking prices of 8k go quickly.

I believe most people are under the impression there is slightly more M-11/9s in existence, I’m also no expert on the M-10 but from what I understand there are variances in M-10s between the different manufacturers which makes it challenging to make aftermarket components for them.

And Zmags are the solution for M-11/9 magazines.

Where can I get the best price on these? Mine came with the Zytel mags, but I'm not even going to bother using them.

Probably around the time rdias were $8k.

I dont know about best price, but you can buy zmags from Lage and shockwave directly.
Lage also sells zytel mag feelip steel inserts for $5 i plan in trying out.

Inwas asking about goal because Lage doesnt make everything for each varient. The K is unique to the m11/9. The max31 k is unique to the m11a1 iirc.
