    Aimpoint CS

Last week I sent my T-1 in for repair as one of the mounting screw holes was stripped. Today I received a brand new T-1 as a replacement.

Shout out to Aimpoint and their excellent warranty/customer service. This is one of the reasons I pay more to buy quality products from reputable manufacturers and vendors and will continue to do so.

    I'll do you one better.

I had a COMP M4 that was on a rifle in a shed at our hunting camp. Electrical fire and the shed burned to the ground. Sent them the remains of the COMP M4. They sent me a refurb as a replacement. No charge.

Have a PRO that has "dead" spots in the adjustment range and I can not get it to zero.

Mailed it yesterday and they received it today at noon (PA to VA).

Seeing posts like the ones in this thread are comforting haha.

Will post a follow up when I hear from them.

Curiosity as I'm about to send in a T1 - how do they treat third party mounts?

EDIT- not for warranty work, but if they're on the optic when it goes in.

Directions said "If you have any third party accessories, such as mounts, please remove them as we can't be responsible for them."
