    If you could cram the case with a slower burning powder and get some velocity it might be fun. Still... very niche.

    .32ACP bullets are .308 diameter, so .32ACP rounds with adaptors will work in .308, .30'06, etc...

    I always thought that the .30 Carbine was like a 10/22 (long before the 10/22) but chambered in a centerfire pistol round. (A WWII-vintage IBM was my first rifle.)

    I recently fired about 500 rds of .25 acp in one range visit through three Beretta Jetfire's. NO malfunctions!

    Ammo was Aguilla, (250) PPU,(100) PMC, (50) and Hornady XTP. (75)

    I ran this through just two magazines because I wanted to test them, too. I usually clean them after every session and wanted to see how dirty they could get and still work. I certainly have my answer.

    Excellent, accurate little guns. Too bad they are out of production.
